personnaly i would change my coolant each year, as a matter of course.. a bit like my central heating, new water and addative, keeps the system running sweeter than no maintainance... , and a flush out would be good to!!(every couple of years... )  as for 5 years... they have got to be kidding!!

Every year since 1986 ive drained the coolant from my cars and flushed out the rad, to stop cr4p build up, and apart from one boil over (Faulty temp sensor.. well wadda ya know!) none of my own vehicles has ever failed due to over heating...
AS HONEST AND LOYAL AS THE "TIMBER-WOLF"!!!

VARN@#H!!!..... DON'T YOU SWEAR AT ME PAL!!

The Dodge coolant is the 5 year stuff, so whilst it wont hurt to change it, isnt really a need yet.

I changed mine at 47k, but only because most of it ran out when i took the head off!  I replaced it with some more mopar 5 year antifreeze.

Sent you an IM.  Yes it is, tho its also at 60 months, so its upto you :)  I figured 5 years is 5 years, regardless of miles, but as i say it wont hurt.  :juggle:

Year the orange stuff is good LOL its rated five years and had little or no drop in coolant so all is good but at 40K I will change it one year before its life just before the summer of next year just in case, but you can cause air pockets that can cause it to over heat and do more damage if you don't know how to bleed your pipes of air.
My top tip is just to run the engine from cold to just before boiling without the coolant cap on ( replace cap before boiling) and then once its cooled down again leave the cap off over night to let any remaining air to find its way back into the resivor tank! You can depress a few water pipes just to make sure there are no air pockets
