Calli Stainless Sill Trims (aftermarket)
« on: March 09, 2010, 02:07:01 PM »
Been looking and found this guy, Just down the road from me but all the stuff is sent from Germany.

He does have a bumper trim which I may look at for quality but I am more interested in Sill Trims.

What do you guys think????

Got a set myself posted pictures here

http://caliberowners.co.uk/index.php?topic=2444.0

simple to fit(even I could do it) have to be careful with the tape as it sticks like brown stuff to a blanket.

Been loking at those myself, although I am tempted to get the set with the bumper protector as well :)

I like the fact that the front ones are larger than the OEM one's from dodge

Perhaps I could ask him for a group buy price if we get 5 or so people interested. As I say he is only 5 miles from me and i am going to go and see the bumper cover for the quality.
Not going till end of next week though as very busy.......

IMO a total waste of money because getting in & out of the Caliber your shoe hits the too high plastic up stand which is dificult to clean especially the light colour . You can buy RipSpeed Alloy self adhesive door sills from Halfords  ?12 they look very good I had them on my last Caliber and have bought some more to put on the Cruze.

Be warned, I know a lot about those Ripspeed ones, utter pile of cr4-p, I know I sourced them from China for Halfords, far to small for the Caliber sill and will offer even less protection than those ones you have spotted.

HTHThe genuine Caliber sills whilst wider than Ripspeed are very short and not required because your foot hits the  plastic  not the sill.
